We are stronger together.
A Sacred Passing offers death and dying education to individuals, community associations, and medical organizations. Together we work as supportive educational companions to guide and assist people towards a more conscious dying experience, while
honoring individual autonomy.
A Sacred Passing Crew works to create and sustain anti-racist environments and gender inclusivity in our classrooms, education material, and community partnerships. In community, we work to actively dismantle systems of power and oppression, as they present in death and dying through education, care and advocacy.
We commit to allowing the amazing forces of love, wisdom, knowledge, law, and strength to guide us. We honor your trust by providing honest information and assistance with end-of-life events.
We aspire to continue to grow the collective by nurturing a community of people, organizations, and businesses who assist individuals, families, and pets in the end of life

End of Life Washington upholds your right to the full range of end of life choices, including Death with Dignity, through advocacy, education, and support.
Since 1988, End of Life Washington has elevated the standards for end-of-life care in Washington and played a crucial role in reforming medical practice for the terminally ill. Our approach of providing direct service, advance planning resources, professional partnerships, community education and advocacy has helped transform patient-centered care. We believe that a peaceful death should be within reach of everyone and that no one should face intolerable suffering at the end of life. End of Life Washington is recognized nationally for its advocacy of choice for the terminally ill and its commitment to improved treatment of pain and other symptoms.
In the big adventure that is death, we will work to allow you to focus on what is most important to you. That includes working with grief, forgiveness, creating ritual, and bringing healing practices to the sacred process of dying. Your beliefs, values, and cultural norms will be honored in this context of peace and comfort.
Together we will create the life you want throughout your dying process in any care setting before, during, and after the death experience.
